Thank you very much for taking the time to tell us about your experience with Alteryx so far. First, what you say about work-life balance is so important. The companywide week off in February and the most recent Mental Health day are two more recent examples of Alteryx’s commitment to supporting a healthier balance of work and home for our employees. Creating a culture where people can take the time they need, when they need it is a goal we must all strive for. People & Culture will continue to reinforce this message, while also monitoring to ensure the message is being heard across the organization. At the same time, we do recognize it’s much easier to accommodate time off during certain periods of time throughout the year so I encourage you to continue working with your manager to plan and agree on a time off schedule that meets your needs.
To your second point, about growth, this is another priority for us. We are working to improve our internal recruitment both from a process and cultural standpoint. It is very important that people here are able to grow within their role or elsewhere within the company.
