I was considered a "veteran" employee having been there more than 3+ years as the place is a continuous revolving door. Hiring inadequate leaders to lead in fields they have no background in, even though they "think" they do. Leadership does not care about employees and to them you are just a number, continuing to devalue the work you've put into the company. There are toxic people, especially in Marketing, that leadership is fully aware of, yet they have chosen to completely ignore all complaints. This has created a work environment for some amazing people that is toxic and there is no trust. Those valuable employees that are still there are only still working there because right now it's a "pay check" and/or "until they find something better" -- how unfortunate. Don't you want people to work for you that are excited/love the work they do? For a place that I once loved to work at to become this sad shell of a company is devastating. Also, if you were recently laid off in 2023 due to the recent restructuring and workforce reductions, good luck trying to get your unemployment benefits. HR is doing some shady things to refrain from having to pay by telling unemployment services people were not "laid off" but instead "resigned" or "inadequate performance". Does that reflect a company that says they value integrity?
