Great product/solution. Compensation % was good. Remote/Hybrid work. Lot's of opportunity to sell big deals.
Cons
Woke, hollow, meaningless language used throughout senior leadership. Head of Americas Sales loves to talk constantly about his care and concern but actions do not reflect any care or concern beyond what is useful for a social media post. Alteryx over hired and then canned a group of 50+ sellers, at least 20 of which were on track for exceeding quota. Whoops. All while referring to employees as "family" which was sickening even before they laid off the entire enterprise team. There must be some serious financial problems at hand in order to justify cutting this many people that you hired and heavily invested in less than 8 months prior.
