Pros

A few good people struggling to survive the current state of the company

Cons

Culture is dead. The Alteryx environment has become cut throat. People Managers and Executives choose to look the other way and not address the bad behavior. Alteryx has become a boys club. Numerous women were laid off in the last three rounds of layoffs and some of those roles are now being backfilled by men. Women are excluded from discussions they should be part of based on their roles and responsibilities; and when they are included, they get interrupted or shut out from conversations. DEI strategy is not existent. CEO, CCO, and CFO do not lead by example, they condone the boys club and bravado behavior, women are not set up to be successful here. Sadly, the women executives turn a blind eye to this culture and do absolutely nothing to help support women at Alteryx or to drive change. Employees are afraid to speak up, due to fear of backlash or retribution. HR is no help here. The newly formed RevOperation team is a mess. No trust, no communication, no alignment, and no leadership. Head of RevOps and her direct reports have brought nothing but dysfunction and as a result it's a brutal every person for themselves vibe. The leaders in charge of cloud have no idea what thye are doing. CFO says to do more with less, um.....come work a day in our shoes, he has no idea how hard people are working. Good people are going to burn out. CSuite leadership is either clearly unaware or does not care about the current state of the company, culture and distress the employee base is in. All you can count on them for is lip service. They have also shown to be out of sync and have shown no ability to make decisions to move the company forward. New leadership is needed, for culture, growth, and make Alteryx great again.

Pros

Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

Cons

You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
