Low confidence in leadership + nepotism - Sales Alteryx Employee Review

The leadership there is lost. I feel low confidence when they speak in all hands and to investors. Also, there is nepotism. Across the board the people kept from layoffs often worked with leaders at previous companies (salesforce for example). Also way over hired and now have to do huge layoffs to correct - not a market issue, it’s a leadership issue.
