      Pros

      Good WFH offerings. Strong on prem product, Sales team full of great people.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities. Homogenous team. No interest in other team mates from different backgrounds. Incompetent management. Have learnt absolutely nothing, if anything my skill set has gone down.

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
