Pros
1) 100% fully remote 2) Their products are "legacy" (a decade+ behind the market), so no need to stay current on tech & industry 3) No accountability: do as much or as little as you please...it doesn't matter!
Cons
1) Zero vision: the company has been operating without a CEO, or a fully staffed C-suite, since the new year 2) Private Equity bought Alteryx in the Spring of 2024; They're currently "selling it for parts" & "picking the bones dry." 3) Expect a massive layoff once a quarter, and to subsequently live in panic 4) The company operates like a "chicken with its head cut off;" Nobody takes accountability or responsibility. Instead, "finger pointing" and "blame shifting" abounds. Nobody seems to be happy about working at Alteryx 5) "Cloud Product... what cloud product?!" I don't believe that Alteryx has a viable cloud solution... therefore, I don't believe it has a future
