      Pros

      The people. While there has and continues to be a massive brain drain, some of who remain are very talented and really good people.

      Cons

      The worst favoritism and toxicity by some "leaders" I have ever experienced. Depressing to see the lengths some will go to to make sure they stay in favor.

      Pros

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
