      Customers are great, they adore the product.

      Cons

      Lack of on-prem product development, requested features needed are simply not considered. ps directors who have zero technical knowledge in the product area and general out of touch in managing in a team. Glad to be out.

      Great healthcare benefits and the legacy product still works

      Cons

      You won’t find worse leadership, micromanagement, broken processes, and a new ‘vision’ every quarter. Customers have stopped renewing and they are forced to buy features they don’t use or want.
