      Good working colleagues (not managers)

      Cons

      Very bad managers. No technical training for most equipments that we had to service. Long working hours (sometimes 12 - 14 hours a day). Low quality (used) on parts used to repair the equipments.

      None really. I’d say the money was ok if there was any work life balance.

      The culture here is really bad. No leadership or clear chain of command.
