this SLK an altimetrik company is worst of the worst ,previous slk is some what better regard bench policy and confirmation about the projects ,there should be some clarity and if projects is not there they will try to allocate to other projects which is related to our skill set
Cons
now SLK is an Altimetrik comapany , which is a money minded and worst in IT industry. if projects in SLK atleast they should check from altimetrik side ,until they should give some time for the employee that is a basic common sense which any company will give for full time employee but these SLK an altimetrik wont give after projects was not there after 10 days they will give just 5 days before last working day.what is the use of working as a fulltime employee , this company will be useful for part time workers.
