Dysfunctional Company - Sales Leader Altium Limited Employee Review

Dysfunctional organization. Poor benefits. Company barely survives quarter to quarter based on cold calling efforts of minions of mid market sales reps. There seems to be poor accountability as everyone flows into a "CEO office" which doesn't hold anyone accountable for anything. Lots of Cons on benefits: No equity, No bonuses, No 401K contribution matches unless you've been there a good number of years to "vest" the company matches.
