Pros
Good pay. Good people to work with. They really try to do the right thing, at least my circle of people do.
Cons
Customers are unbelievable. We push the guiding principles and then throw them all away for customers who treat the plants like trash. I have never been so badly treated by a customer base before. It is ridiculous, the job has changed to only protecting my people from the customer experience and even that is sadly not enough. When pushed up the chain to senior leadership it is squashed, shows they really don't care about the people on the bottom and obviously the guiding principles are a joke. The work is constant 24/7 and the customers expect you to be available 24/7, seriously.
