Pros

Company holds lots of events to ensure that employees feel appreciated and celebrated. Co-workers are great and help facilitate a fun and supportive environment. Concerns and issues have been heard and addressed when possible.

Cons

Inconsistent communication from upper level management can create issues with obtaining goals, positional training and company policy training was non-existent when I started, however that has improved greatly over the last several months

Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback. Zynex makes it a priority to let our employees know just how much they are appreciated. We enjoy doing appreciation events and are glad to hear our employees enjoy them as well. At Zynex we make it a goal for everyone to work well together. These employee appreciation events not only bring our employees closer but also allow for us to have the incredible work environment that we have. Whenever an issue arises we work to resolve it as quickly as possible and always listen to suggestions from our staff. Company policies are communicated to every employee on a regular basis (starting with orientation and discussed in staff meetings as well). We continue to grow and improve here at Zynex, and these policies have contributed to our successes. The harder we work at getting everyone on the same page, the better results we have seen. We also continue to work on consistent communication. We understand that at times there may be confusion, and we hope that employees will bring it to our attention if they experience a mixed message. We want to do all we can to help every person here reach their goals. We appreciate your feedback!

Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
