Pros

These reviews will never cover everything there is to working at Zynex. I came to Zynex for better pay compared to my previous job. The job itself is not hard, although it is a lot of information everyone around you is happy to answer all your questions (I know I ask a lot). If you're the type of person that works hard and takes pride in what you do and what you are capable of, this is the perfect place to go. Your hard work will not go unnoticed, management is great and really good about making you feel seen. You are not just another employee here, you are family. My manager specifically is not a micro-manager but he's there whenever I need him. If that's not enough for you there are a lot of fun reasons to come to work for Zynex. For example; There is this thing called the snack cart, where they come to you with your choice of a drink and snack. There is so much overtime, along with great incentives for overtime. Like gift cards, merch, more food, etc. Employee appreciation days, company-wide contests and challenges, Spirit weeks, and Training to help you further your career within the company. And best of all the people who work here are all great people, you can create lifetime friendships with like-minded creative, and overall good people.

Pros

Have significantly turned things around within less than a year allowing insurances companies to trust us again. It was a big task and it was successful. Congrats!

Cons

The company hasn't ironed out their new processes which is okay, the company is starting over. Although, it is to a point where I constantly get angry calls from clinics where they tell us that Altivera/Zynex is awful and has awful customer service. From what I have gathered, it has nothing to do with the people that work there but it does have everything to do with the CONSTANT change in process. Every clinic is confused why we aren't doing it "the old way" (communicating with clinics about what is needed). Now when we receive invalid prescriptions we don't even communicate that with the patient OR the clinic anymore. Nothing against the Sales Reps, they are awesome. Having the Sales Reps do everything seems impractical and it has effected Altivera's efficiency and likely customer and clinic's satisfaction. Altivera Medical just got rid of the department that speaks with clinics, our sales operations team. I am not excited to see how much our customer service and clinic communication worsens, now.
