flexible PTO, as long as you complete 40 hours in a week you generally won't be written up. lunch was free (gross food, but free)
Cons
Shady business practices, micromanagement of employees with nearly impossible quotas to meet, lack of open communication and understanding between departments, purposefully vague and misleading billing information with patients, no real community with coworkers since any socialization was discouraged, constant policy changed that affected entire work process
