Product-Market Fit: Our product is hitting the mark with customers, and the potential for success is clear. Vision and Autonomy: There's a strong emphasis on looking beyond the immediate tasks. With a busy near-term roadmap, this can be challenging but exec leadership (especially the CEO and CPO) encourages us to think about the broader vision and what's possible. Customer Feedback Loop: We have a tight, ongoing dialogue with our customers. This continuous feedback is crucial for refining and improving the product. Design Team: The product design team is ambitious, collaborative, and has a high attention to detail. Our user experience and interface have been a clear differentiator for us, and we continue to prioritize pushing this even further. The office is nice, and the managers are flexible and empathetic to our different scheduling needs now that we're hyrbid.
Cons
The feedback from some Glassdoor reviews has been fair. We grew very fast and have needed to work on communication, performance reviews and manager training. Thankfully, within the past 3-4 months, all managers have gone through extensive manager training, our performance review cycle is getting a revamp, and communication is improving.
