Pros

No pros for this company

Cons

The management sucks. Especially the HR department it sucks. Also, there is no set of rules and recognition in the organisations. People do whatever they want and keep on blaming each other. They just focus on how well a person can speak in English and there skills and experience are ignored.

We are sorry to hear that you have pent-up concerns at work. We would appreciate it if you could drop a note in the suggestion box or if you want to be more forthcoming then fall about it during monthly 1-1 sessions and share your concerns. We will take up your concerns based on merit and get them addressed. Also, we are trying to create more opportunities for team members and their leads to discuss the project targets and deliveries so as to reduce friction. We hope this will have a positive impact. We look forward to your participation - CEO Office

Pros

- plenty of opportunities to grow in your career - the company does not just look at number of years of experience before giving you opportunities or promoting you - if you have the talent and the aptitude, they will promote you - excellent exposure in working directly with senior executives at Fortune 500 companies - CEO spends time personally in helping define career path for leaders within the organization and help identifying trainings, books and learnings which enables them to move to the next level - Company is investing heavily in it's resources in terms of trainings, onsite opportunities both short term and long term

Cons

- if you cannot manage your own time, then you will not be able to keep pace. Work flies in from all directions and you need to be good at time and expectation management

Pros

Fast growing environment means opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

I did nine interviews, including with the company CEO, over the course of many months, for a senior role in the company. When asked what what were things I looked for in a role, I said “work-life” balance. “I want to spend more time with my family.” To my great surprise, I was told that was a “red flag.” They want someone who works 7 am to 7 pm. Literally, that’s what I was told. Keep in mind, I have a mat in a filing cabinet for when I work late; I am not lazy or anything. Despite all the hoops, I never received the courtesy of a follow-up. After many months of interviews, it would have been respectful to get at least an email. I politely asked for feedback to help me in the future. Nothing but radio silence. Seems like I dodged a bullet by not getting hired. While I didn’t work there, I saw firsthand from the top how toxic this company is. I strongly recommend that job candidates seriously consider other options.
