      1) No place for innovation. 2) Less work-life balance. 3)Less ownership in India. 4)Non-transparent actions from higher management. 5) Majority of the higher management are of less worth in decision making. 6) No work from home 7) No onsite 8)Only travel based domain

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
