      Great work life balance, friendly and multi-cultural atmosphere. Lots of traveling opportunities, either to meet clients or to work in other sites across the globe.

      Heavy processes which can slow down the time to production, and lots of software maintenance.

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
