      Pros

      Fantastic culture and management, (especially Scandinavia). Supportive, knowledge-sharing colleagues GM door always open. Great location and office. Great collaborative costumers.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Trying to fill the 20 word minimum space. Almost there come on counter. Bingo.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
