      Navitaire's pride is its company culture. Work environment is laid back and promotes work life balance. There is no "seniority" culture; you can talk to the company's director casually.

      Being in the IT industry, salary is low.

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
