Pros
You get chance to explore new things (most of the teams are divided into smaller as possible where you get chance to invent for sure). I have seen really good managers where they push you towards success in both professional and personal career and give opportunity to show off your skills.
Cons
Average hikes and bonus. To be honest, you get paid to the work you have done. Nothing else really if you are a developer.
