      An engaging environment, which is never boring. Every day is different, the work is challenging and varied. Its a refreshing multi-cultural and diverse organization that values individual input and embraces new ideas.

      Cons

      There is a ton of pressure and very tight deadlines. Sometimes a bit slow to change, but once the ball is rolling it steams ahead.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
