      Great work / life balance, good pay, fair leadership. Really managed COVID year as well as could be,

      Cons

      Very little direction, constant and distracting changes in management and strategy. A lot of antiquated processes and duplication of work.

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance and the sense that management doesn't care for the mental health of its employees Company is shifting more and more towards replacing employees who have worked here for 5, 10, 15 years with AI or else hiring less expensive workers in other markets in developing nations
