Not enough compensation, age gap amongst employees. a lot of the more seasoned employees treat younger new coming employee's unfair/ unwilling to help. Vacations are picked based on seniority so if you come in new you will pick last after everyone else. The same people get all the holidays every single year no fair rotation. the union reps work for the bank so are afraid to fight for what's right
