      The pay is decent and they are effective at making employees believe they are a fair and unbiased institution who believes in building and developing their employees.

      Cons

      It is difficult to grow and develop at AB; it is near impossible to transfer to other areas and you get "stuck" in one area. AB does not value loyalty and they do not respect all the hard work ne by their dedicated employees AB uses "Disreputable "Ageism" tactics to push out older employees CIGNA health insurance is EXPENSIVE

      Great team environment - gained full support from both Trust and Compliance team; new ideas were welcomed; closer relationship with higher ups; some of the work I did was used for executive reporting

      It took some time to adjust to the program (systems) used by the bank
