Managers have to much lead way to use the broad rules as a form of control Power trip most of the time The company structures leads to a lot of favoritism. Unfair PTO schedule it is based on seniority, so if you are new to the Company you pick last. Same people get the same holidays every year (super unfair/unrealistic to expect people to be satisfied with this structure) Pushes new/younger people out.
