      - Bank isn’t materially growing either organically or through acquisitions - My department didn’t feel like a cohesive team and was too clannish - Limited career trajectory due to lack of growth of the balance sheet

      Great team environment - gained full support from both Trust and Compliance team; new ideas were welcomed; closer relationship with higher ups; some of the work I did was used for executive reporting
