Pros

There are no pros to working at this place

Cons

I work at Amalgamated Bank and it is one of the most toxic experiences of my career. Management fosters a culture of fear, where employees are constantly micromanaged, belittled, and overworked without recognition. Any feedback or concerns about workload, harassment, or unfair treatment are either ignored or met with retaliation. Supervisors openly play favorites, creating a divisive and uncomfortable atmosphere. HR is completely useless—if you report an issue, expect it to be brushed under the rug or, worse, turned against you. Morale is at an all-time low, and the turnover rate is proof that people can’t wait to escape. If you value your mental health and professional growth, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This company does not care about its employees, only about squeezing as much work out of them as possible before they inevitably burn out and quit. Avoid at all costs! Also the CEO is no longer Keith but rather it is Priscilla Sims-Brown

It took some time to adjust to the program (systems) used by the bank
