Constant nickel and diming of employees. Are supposed to pay double time and a half for working on holidays. Did not pay double time and a half (for Monday through Friday employees in the field) for the observed holiday of July 3rd because they moved the observed holiday to Saturday for field employees but not corporate employees. They waste millions of dollars on upgrades to facilities that they're going to change anyway because management can't communicate effectively across groups and then nickel and dime employees lunch expenses. If you're high enough level you can do whatever you want, anyone 4 or below will be bullied into being micromanaged.
