The job role I'm assigned is Cloud Support Associate-1(CSA-1). This is customer facing job profile where you get to solve customers issues and help them with their questions. As Amazon is and striving to be earth's most customer centric company support profile becomes utmost importance to the company. Great set of highly skilled and work driven engineers and senior colleagues motivate you on daily basis to get the job done. Do not mistake this for traditional support where you have standard response for all the issues. The issues that come in here everyday is unique and everytime you need to come up with a unique solution.

The pressure can sometimes get to you on reaching the metrics, but with time you'll get to learn and adapy
