There is no shortage of very bright people to learn from. The base pay is pretty good, and depending on when you sign on the RSUs, it can significantly impact your earnings.
Cons
It is a complex organization, and I often encountered multiple teams working on similar projects without anyone connecting the dots. Getting sign-off on a project may take an act of Congress. Your success there will depend largely on having a good manager. Overall, you are constantly being graded on your work, and it is to be expected that your manager's confirmation bias will heavily influence your annual reviews. After a while, it feels like The Hunger Games. The people who excel there tend to be the biggest hall monitors. It's a great place to learn business, but very few will last long-term without heavy indoctrination.
