If you get on a good team it's great, most teams don't have a good team working atmosphere
Cons
Managers are told to PIP people even if they have a team that's doing well so they can show improvement so THE MANAGERS can get promoted. even if you're a good worker you aren't safe from being pushed out. You can have multiple manager changes within 1 year. I was there for 2 years and had 4 different managers. Almost impossible to do any promotional docs when you're constantly having to get to know a new manager and have them understand what you're working on and where you see your career going. Sometimes you get a MIT (manager in training) who's not even able to help you with your promotions, so you just get paused and stuck in a position
