Scam, getting paid at fraction - Delivery Driver Amazon Flex Employee Review

4 hour route. An hour to drive there and an hour back. 40 PACKAGES, with some distance in-between destinations being 20 minutes. So essentially, you wouldnt get paid for your commute back home because it would take you longer than the allotted time to complete the deliveries. Oh, and subtract gas from that. So instead of getting paid $80 for 4 hours its really $60 for 5+ hours of work and more wear and tear on your car. Rediculous. Told the on-site supervisor and she shrugged her shoulders and said maybe if enough people complain... because she already knew what was going on.
