Pros

Sounds great, I was looking to try it out before I jumped in to their new program as an independent business with Van's etc..

Cons

Haven't even been able to start, followed all the steps up to where they check drivers license and background check. After 3 weeks trying to get answers, contacted their background vendor, they have no request from Amazon. Obviously the request is stuck on cloud nine. When I try to e plain to customer support they give you a can message answer. I give up. I've been in transportation business all my life

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
