Awful - Anonymous employee Amazon Flex Employee Review

too many things not good with this job and can't say all of them but the main things are: long distances, lots of parcels, staff in the pickup station rude, not easy to communicate with someone for the issue if be late, the support just supporting the issues for the parcels nothing else, I got really bad experience with them as I accepted a block for just 4 hours and they gave me parcel too far away and I worked for around 6 hours to finish the block, and I called the support to explain them and they advised me to carry on and I will get paid extra money for the time. and when I contacted them by email again they answered me that you will get nothing.
