Pros
You choose when you work so its great if youre in school or have another job etc. where free time is random.
Cons
-not alot of hours so just because youre available to work more doesnt mean you will. - Micromanaging is a THING here. they recently had a meeting to let us know to notify a manager if we need to use the bathroom. soooo...... yea. they also blast music through a few bluetooth speakers that anybody can connect to but then tell you you cant have your own music in your headphones as if the 3 different songs blaring through 3 different speakers is any better.. its actually hard to work in at times. i could see saying no wearing to earbuds so that you can hear your surroundings but to force us to listen to country trap and rocknroll all at the same time is ridiculous
