Pros

The work itself is easy. You're grocery shopping off your cell phone, just like you do for yourself. Plus, if you pick your shifts well, there can be a lot of downtime.

Cons

As others have mentioned a million times by now, getting shifts can be difficult. They "Drop" IE are released around 615pm at night. The schedule is: Sunday: Shifts released for Wednesday and the following Sunday Monday: Shifts released for Thursday Tuesday: Shifts released for Friday Wednesday: Shifts released for Saturday Thusday: Excess shifts released for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also, now Monday shifts are released here. Friday: Shifts released for Monday Lastly, as people cancel their shifts, they're released at random. So being online constantly, or at odd hours helps. My 4 year old used to wake up at 5am....those were the best times to get shifts I couldn't get otherwise.

Pros

Get to pick your own blocks

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
