      Pros

      Love to be delivery driver and I am telling you I love it because I have no problem at all. Also the best communication via Amazon device text message each other for anything need assistance and perfect for contact customer via text their phone to notify them if need code # for access or for signature.

      Cons

      One problem is have difficult with GPS map with phone call on Amazon device and they don’t have text where I need contact them if have problem with GPS map during driving for delivery

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
