Pros

They pay twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays.

Cons

There is no help when something goes wrong. The email team is just bots, their call center is full of regular people sitting at home. They hang up on you when they don't have the answers. They shut my app down randomly, and refused to pay me for my shifts. They're holding $118 from me because they misread my drivers license. After they situated the issue, they still have my account locked mistakenly.

Cons

Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
