      Pros

      They are offering delivery options to one in a modern way. They use the app and one can find a block that matches their schedule. You don't have to work 8 or 12 hour shifts or sit in a chair all day.

      Cons

      While apps are great, they do have their moments of not working, due to this there are times you have to call in and get help. Or you may not even be able to finish your route due to a tech issue. Only other con, would be there weather, but this isn't on Flex, just good ol' Mother Nature

      Get to pick your own blocks

      Cons

      Driver support is not helpful at all. You call with a question or an issue and they talk over you and say you can call back if you want. They are not friendly they are rude and no help at all. They over talk you and dont listen to the issue. Also the workers at the station are just as rude. I had a question and one worker told me didnt you train on your phone for that. I was like are you serious you cant answer my question and he walked away. Granted it was my fisrt time at that particular work station.
