This is the worst place someone can work in. When the world is in global pandemic, they are laying off employees stating performance reason but actually becoz of cheap politics played by management. No empathy, worst culture, very negative environment to work in. Big time into 'PIP'. Totally reject Amazon if you have another offer. Stay away as much as possible. Might put you in PIP any minute and kick you out of job. I worked for 4 years. I worked so well. Got promoted also. But stating silly reasons during this COVID season, they kicked people out. Did the same to few other female employees. Worst WLB. Not inventing anything or working on any new cutting edge technology. Same old alexa in different forms, thats all.
