Pros

Good stock compensation in terms of value. Access to very nice gym and pool. Transitioning roles within the company is relatively painless if you want to try something new. Good team culture with very talented, hardworking, and kind individuals. Business focused culture with minimal pointless trainings and mandatory events from HR.

Cons

Lackluster benefits for a Big 5 Tech company. Only matches 401k up to 4%. Stock compensation weighted heavily towards end of 4 year vesting schedule. Very frugal company mentality. Few fun company events (Holiday party, offsites, etc...)
