      Pros

      Health insurance effective on your first day on the job. Good coverage with multiple options. Affordable to insure the whole family.

      Cons

      Shift started at 3:20am. That was hard to adapt to. It is also incredibly physical, beyond what I had imagined. Every muscle in my body hurt for the first three weeks. Even my face.
