Get many voluntary time off after peak season or lower demand, so you do not have to use your personal time off or vacation time. great work environment get many voluntary extra time
Cons
deal with different managers that have different way to be, some are very strict in the way they focus if you use your phone, use your earpod or if you wear your safety shoes or if your rate is low but never get award for doing an excellent work while others managers they care that you get your work done only! so I would say that you have to adjust to manager shifts. PA'S ALWAYS have have favoritism and if you are not friend of them they will give you the worst stations and the stations where there are a lot of work while their friends are chill. mandatory extra time and work early and get off late approx. 11 hours during prime week.
