Lots of favoritism and bullying in management. You are really just a number here and you have to brown nose to move up or get any kind of appreciation here. You literally feel a negative energy as soon as you walk into the building. So much work needs to be done on treating employees with kindness and respect but I am assuming since turnover is so high for these warehouse associate roles they can just not give a crap about you whether you stay or go and can treat you however they want to.
