      Benefits that’s about all that positive but that’s not all benefits really offered to seasonal associates

      Cons

      They treat you like number everyone up here thinks they are managers, the hr isn’t really Human Resources they work you for 12 hours during peak season basically modern day slavery.

      - Above average pay for my area and get to choose your working hours - Very easy to go from a seasonal role to a full-time one - Structured day to day routine and minimal interaction for introverts

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
