      Flexible schedule, decent pay for a warehouse. You accumulate pto, vacation time and unpaid time. You can use pto and unpaid time whenever you want without having to ask for permission. The health insurance is cheap and great.

      It is very competitive to move up.

      - Physically straining on the body - Limited career progression - Warehouse is always hot and humid, even with AC
