Pros
A good job to have if you have bills to pay and can handle standing for 10-12 hours a day. There are some coworkers who are actually nice and make work bearable.
Cons
Leadership is pretty insulated from accountability to associates, and gets good at answering questions with non-answers or sidestepping altogether. Many roles in the building are unofficial like critical roles, although there can be hours of extra training and specific processes. Critical role-trained associates don't get paid significantly (or at all?) more than Day 1 new hires, until they are around for a year or more. Leadership takes a "don't fix it until its broken" mentality, which can effect Tier 1 associates day-to-day work, but offers no solutions until the issue is solved.
